Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist

The Entry-Level Autism Support Specialist role is onsite in Lebanon, TN, with pay of $18–$20 per hour based on experience and completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; training is paid at a lower rate. Hopebridge provides a clinical setting for children and supports their families and communities. Working with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the specialist implements intervention plans and supports children’s skill development, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness. The role contributes to consistent therapy and tracks progress through daily notes.
