Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Support equipment procurement, run-off, pilot activities, capability studies, control plans, and measurement system analysis
• support new assembly line integration and create equipment job aids
• schedule and complete new model and process improvement activities
• troubleshoot production and product design issues
• design and deliver engineering training
• facilitate onboarding and upskilling
• maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
