What you'll do

• Set short- and long-term instructional goals
• create a positive and safe classroom environment
• plan and deliver rigorous Louisiana Student Standards-aligned lessons using Tier 1 Curriculum
• provide accommodations and modifications
• assess student data and adjust instruction
• participate in coaching and professional development
• communicate and collaborate with parents and staff
• and adapt strategies to meet student needs.
