What you'll do

• Lead multiple eSales development initiatives
• serve as the primary contact among business partners, product owners, and offshore teams
• conduct daily standups and end-of-day coordination
• provide hands-on full-stack development and technical leadership
• review designs, code quality, and implementation
• translate requirements into technical tasks
• monitor progress and risks
• collaborate with architects, QA, and stakeholders
• support Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• mentor developers.
