What you'll do

• Answer inquiries and follow up with prospects and residents
• conduct property and apartment tours
• market and lease apartments
• document prospect activity in compliance with Fair Housing Laws
• accept and verify applications
• prepare move-in packets
• monitor market competitors
• support resident retention
• follow up on renewals and delinquencies
• meet leasing goals.
