What you'll do
- Manage all resident private pay billing and accounts receivable activities.
- Generate, review, and distribute monthly resident statements.
- Post invoices, charges, payments, and billing adjustments accurately.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Participate in Accounts Receivable review meetings.
- Verify insurance coverage and complete pre-authorizations for admissions.
- Maintain accurate census information.
