What you'll do

• Lead the Sage-to-QuickBooks Online transition and oversee Odoo inventory system setup and integration
• manage daily accounting operations
• prepare cash flow forecasts, KPI updates, budgets, and forecasts
• maintain GAAP compliance and cost-accounting procedures
• oversee WIP schedules, project margins, accounting closes, reconciliations, payroll, inventory tracking, sales tax filings, vendor onboarding, 1099 processing, insurance schedules, and audit requests.
