What you'll do

• Welcome walk-in and appointment customers
• identify vehicle needs
• explain vehicle features and conduct test drives
• manage the sale from initial conversation through vehicle handoff
• follow up with shoppers and past buyers by phone, text, and email
• record customer activity in the CRM
• learn new and used inventory
• coordinate with finance and service.
