What you'll do

• Manage residential mortgage loans from application through closing
• review and verify loan documentation
• prepare complete packages for underwriting and clear outstanding conditions
• coordinate with borrowers and other stakeholders
• track deadlines, maintain records in Encompass, and resolve issues.
