The Mold Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift role is an onsite position based in Florence, KY. This role supports the Alpla Inc. team in maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards for sustainable packaging solutions. The role exists to ensure the operational readiness of molds through cleaning, inspection, and preventative maintenance. The technician performs machining tasks, manages spare parts inventory, and coordinates with production planners to ensure mold readiness for production goals.

What you'll do

• Perform mold maintenance including cleaning, inspecting, and preventative maintenance.
• Modify and repair parts through machining, sandblasting, and sharpening tools.
• Maintain accurate records of mold-related drawings and spare parts inventory.
• Work with Production Planners to align toolroom activities with production goals.
• Act as a liaison between the plant and external mold vendors.
