What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day nursing care operations within the unit
• monitor residents’ changing needs and communicate updates through daily rounds
• conduct pre-admission assessments
• coordinate care plans and patient care conferences
• oversee MDS compliance and perform compliance audits
• ensure admission documentation is complete
• support staff during clinical emergencies
• coordinate scheduling and personnel management
• interview, train, and mentor frontline staff
• participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
