Property Maintenance Technician — Grounds and Landscaping

What you'll do

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns
• plant, prune, and maintain landscaping
• apply fertilizer, mulch, and basic pest-control treatments as needed
• perform seasonal cleanup and debris removal
• check and adjust irrigation systems
• remove snow and ice
• transport tools and materials between sites
• operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• report site issues, delays, equipment problems, and safety hazards.
