Catering Event Manager

What you'll do

• Lead assigned events onsite
• execute Banquet Event Orders, timelines, and floor plans
• coordinate setup, service flow, and breakdown
• supervise service staff, bartenders, and support team members
• communicate with culinary, sales, and logistics teams
• manage client requests and concerns
• ensure food safety, alcohol service, and company standards
• oversee rental inventory and equipment returns
• and complete post-event reports and incident documentation.
