What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, assignments, easements, and related documents
• assist with acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, title and survey review, and closings
• advise clients on zoning and land development matters
• support leasing and financing transactions
• identify property-related issues
• coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, brokers, consultants, and opposing counsel
• conduct legal research
• manage assignments and deadlines
• participate in practice group and business development activities.
