What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, mini-splits, and commercial rooftop units
• perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance checks
• diagnose issues and present solutions
• prepare estimates using ServiceTitan
• recommend additional services or products when appropriate
• maintain work, parts, and customer records
• comply with safety, environmental, and building-code requirements
• keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
• coordinate with dispatch and office staff
• provide mentorship to junior technicians when needed.
