What you'll do

• Develop relationships with local employers and secure hiring opportunities for clients
• build partnerships with community organizations and referral partners
• provide one-on-one coaching on resumes, interviews, and workplace skills
• support clients through job search, placement, and job coaching
• represent Career Focus at job fairs and community events
• maintain accurate notes and submit documentation on time.
