The Kid's Connection Leader, School Year (AM and PM) role is a part-time, onsite position at District 308 elementary schools in Oswego, IL. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30–8:45 a.m. and 3:30–6:15 p.m., with pay of $15–$17 per hour. The Oswegoland Park District provides the Kid’s Connection program for elementary-school children. The leader implements daily program activities, helps plan and organize recreation for grades K–5, and supervises and interacts with children. The role supports a safe, engaging program while coordinating with staff, parents, school personnel, and park district personnel.
