The role supports the practice’s client-focused advocacy for people and families facing removal.

What you'll do

• Manage removal-defense matters
• represent clients in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals
• handle related federal litigation
• draft briefs, motions, applications, and other filings
• develop case strategy
• communicate with Spanish-speaking clients
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff
• lead internal seminars.
