Action Developer – Climate Action

Job overview

The Action Developer – Climate Action role is hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a base salary range of $125,000–$200,000 per year. The early-stage nonprofit is building a global community whose members complete weekly actions intended to address global crises. The role owns the lifecycle of member Actions, from research and ideation through implementation and evaluation. It helps the Action Development team create meaningful member experiences and measure real-world results in support of the organization’s mission.

What you'll do

• Develop weekly Actions for members
• research ideas across business, technology, science, public policy, and nonprofits
• build partnerships
• manage Action projects from inception to completion
• design member experiences and improve completion
• report results to stakeholders
• and work with founders on strategy and internal processes.
