• Lead planning and delivery of capital projects involving regulator stations, horizontal directional drilling, and land rights
• establish execution strategies and plans
• manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resources
• lead risk assessment and mitigation
• direct change management and issue resolution
• oversee contractors and consultants
• facilitate executive reviews
• ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
• mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
