What you'll do

• Work with the Cook on menu planning and food preparation
• serve meals according to menus, therapeutic diets, portion procedures, and sanitation rules
• inspect diet trays
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• monitor supplies and report equipment disrepair
• document observations and respond to dietary emergencies.
