Corrective Crew Lead — Class B CDL Required

The Corrective Crew Lead role is onsite in Altamonte Springs, FL. Compensation is $25–$29 per hour. Dragonfly Pond Works provides stormwater management services, including maintenance and repairs for stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities. The crew lead directs field operations for pond, lake, and stormwater repairs, ensuring work is completed safely and accurately while coordinating crew activity, materials, budgets, and project reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead field repairs involving excavation, grading, dredging, erosion control, and planting
• operate and maintain field equipment
• haul equipment and resources on company trucks and trailers
• track labor hours and materials
• interpret engineering and grading plans and shoot grades
• communicate with managers and stakeholders
• submit project completion reports
• monitor technicians and promote safe work practices.
