Retort Lead - Line 1 2nd Shift

Serves as the primary support resource for all retort processes within the department. Accountable for all aspects of daily performance in the Retort area, including worker safety, product quality, and meeting production targets. Coordinates the team’s efforts and works directly with operators to minimize process downtime, identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any issues or conf
