This manager leads restaurant operations and supports the General Manager by coaching employees, supervising shifts, and maintaining service, food-safety, cleanliness, and facilities standards. The role helps deliver consistent guest experiences while supporting daily operational and administrative needs.

What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by enforcing policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing employees
• perform and train across restaurant stations
• oversee cash management and daily administrative work
• supervise shifts
• maintain guest-service, food-safety, cleanliness, and facilities standards
• complete opening and closing checklists, line checks, and cleaning checklists.
