What you'll do

• Manage center KPIs, financials, maintenance, training, and brand consistency
• build relationships with families
• schedule and promote camps and parties
• manage leads, sales, referrals, and bookings
• recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate coaches
• lead staff meetings
• coach students using the curriculum for brain, physical, and character development
• record attendance and awards.
