What you'll do

• Deliver standardized diet and physical activity counseling under the study protocol
• conduct initial in-person visits and transition participants to virtual telehealth visits starting at Week 12
• reinforce lifestyle goals and study adherence
• review participant progress and self-reported changes
• complete same-day PDF progress notes and enter documentation in the eSource system
• report protocol deviations within required timelines
• communicate with study coordinators and research staff.
