What you'll do

• Manage assigned client cases from initial contact through resolution
• investigate complaints about services from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Centers for Independent Living
• explain client rights and service obligations
• review case files
• facilitate information gathering and dispute resolution
• maintain case records and legal and regulatory knowledge
• develop CAP resources
• conduct statewide outreach and training
• and assist with federal reporting.
