What you'll do

• Complete and track OBRA and Medicare PPS MDS assessments
• submit and correct assessments electronically
• coordinate interdisciplinary participation and care conferences
• support care planning and Medicare documentation
• monitor activities of daily living for accuracy
• coordinate clinical review meetings, billing processes, appeals, managed-care updates, and Medicaid submissions.
