What you'll do

• monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians

• participate in resident assessment and care planning
• assess new admissions, transfers, readmissions, and discharges
• monitor or initiate ordered IV therapy and medication
• conduct quality assurance assessments
• monitor agency nurse care and policy compliance.
