• maintain working relationships with employees and the franchisee organization
• manage the restaurant floor and address guest complaints
• ensure recruitment, training, food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and security practices follow standard procedures
• supervise hiring, training, workflow, performance, and employee concerns
• complete reports and paperwork
• maintain personnel files.
