What you'll do

• Oversee daily meat cutting, preparation, packaging, and merchandising
• monitor inventory, order products and supplies, and manage stock rotation
• train, schedule, and supervise staff
• address customer inquiries and complaints
• maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
• support sales, budget, quality, and cleanliness goals
• coordinate with store management and other departments.
