The Armed Flex Security Officer – Central Pennsylvania role is onsite at sites in Harrisburg and Annville, PA. Compensation is $26 per hour. The officer supports OPS Security Group’s Central Pennsylvania security operations. The officer provides armed site coverage across scheduled shifts, helping protect people and property through patrols, access control, emergency response, and incident reporting. The flex role fills open shifts and may cover additional sites as contracts are added.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of face-to-face customer service experience, and one of the listed armed security, military, or law enforcement training backgrounds. Must obtain the state-required armed security license and be able to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications. Minimum three shifts per work week, including weekends and first, second, and third shifts.
