What you'll do

• Advise sponsors and investment managers on private fund formation and structuring
• represent venture capital and private equity funds
• draft, review, and negotiate fund formation and investment management documents
• counsel on governance, operations, corporate and securities regulations
• collaborate with attorneys and work with fund sponsors, managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
