What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• develop, implement, and oversee individualized evidence-based treatment plans
• provide clinical supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• analyze behavioral data and adjust programming
• monitor client progress
• collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals
• maintain clinical documentation
• comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements
• deliver ethical, compassionate ABA services.
