The Construction Trades Recruiter role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with regular travel throughout assigned recruiting territories, job sites, hiring events, and company offices. It partners with operations leaders, Human Resources, and recruiting colleagues to manage hiring from sourcing through onboarding and provide a consistent candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and hire construction professionals
• build candidate pipelines through field recruiting, networking, referrals, job fairs, trade schools, workforce organizations, and community outreach
• visit active job sites
• partner with project managers, superintendents, and operations leaders
• coordinate interviews and hiring events
• conduct screenings and coordinate pre-employment checks
• support onboarding with Human Resources and Safety
• maintain applicant tracking records
• report recruiting activity and metrics
• monitor labor market trends.
