What you'll do

• Plan and implement lessons and activities based on curriculum and learning objectives
• assist with small- and whole-group instruction, learning centers, circle time, and structured play
• support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
• supervise indoor and outdoor play, transitions, and diapering or bathroom routines
• communicate updates and concerns with parents and staff
• maintain a clean, safe, inviting classroom
• follow health, safety, and licensing regulations
• participate in training, staff meetings, and ongoing learning.
