Construction Engineer

Job overview

The Construction Engineer role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $60,000–$90,000 annually. The engineer manages project information and coordinates drawings, submittals, changes, and closeout records. What you'll do

• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and inspectors to resolve plan and specification issues
• review drawings and subcontract information
• manage submittals and shop drawings
• request and analyze change orders
• oversee project closeout records
• prepare scopes of work and reports
• schedule and attend project meetings.
