What you'll do

• Integrate food and nutrition into resident care
• complete Minimum Data Set requirements as appropriate
• document assessments, screens, and progress notes

• advise physicians and nursing supervisors on diet changes and supplements
• ensure physician diet orders are followed
• support dietary staff training and regulatory evaluations.
