Area Director of Revenue Management

Reporting to the VP of Revenue, the role partners with property and commercial leaders, owns revenue systems and analytics, and develops the revenue management team.

What you'll do

• Own short- and long-term demand forecasting across properties and products
• set pricing, allocate inventory, and maintain rate integrity across direct, OTA, and wholesale channels
• identify market-mix and channel opportunities
• translate portfolio strategy into property-level actions with general managers, sales, and marketing
• oversee revenue management systems and reporting
• build, coach, and develop the revenue management team.
