What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce company policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• recruit, onboard, and train employees

• coach and develop assistant and service managers
• maintain facility condition and food-quality standards
• respond to guest complaints and inquiries
• conduct manager meetings and employee one-on-ones
• monitor restaurant financials and profit-and-loss results
• and ensure accurate forecasting and communication of company updates.
