What you'll do

• Resolve guest room assignment issues and respond to guest requests and complaints
• assist hotel departments during busy periods
• support front-office and night-audit duties as needed
• follow security and emergency procedures
• coordinate with engineering during emergencies
• maintain working relationships across departments
• investigate associate and guest incidents as needed
• communicate guest complaints and follow-up items.
