What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes
• maintain accurate and timely documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
