The role leads payroll operations and the payroll team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. It also advances payroll systems and processes and serves as a liaison to Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, auditors, vendors, and organizational leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead payroll processing, time collection, balancing, reporting, tax form administration, and issue resolution
• recruit, train, coach, and manage payroll staff
• ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
• lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvement
• serve as the payroll liaison for internal teams, auditors, vendors, and leaders.
