Insurance Verifier / Biller

Job overview

The Insurance Verifier / Biller role is onsite in Rochester, MN, with hours of 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST and a rotating one-hour lunch break. Pay is $16 per hour, plus an unlimited bonus program. The role supports Clear Lakes Dental, a practice serving patients of all ages.

What you'll do

• Verify and coordinate insurance coverage
• enter provider billing charges and submit claims
• assist patients with account issues
• resolve billing issues with insurers and resubmit claims
• investigate denied claims and forward prior authorizations as needed
• assist with past-due bills and payment arrangements
• support patient care coordinators and front desk reception
• and maintain patient confidentiality.
