What you'll do

• Develop CNC programs and detailed setup information
• optimize processes for throughput, cost, process control, scrap, and setup
• collaborate with toolmakers on workholding and cutting-tool solutions
• maintain process documentation
• troubleshoot and support Operations
• perform setups for difficult or unproven processes
• train and mentor CNC operators and setup personnel
• occasionally lead or participate in special projects.
