What you'll do

• Manage a substantial family law caseload from inception through resolution
• represent clients in Probate and Family Court proceedings
• conduct hearings, trials, motions, and settlement conferences
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
• negotiate settlements and parenting agreements
• develop case strategies and advise clients
• collaborate with support staff and firm leadership
• maintain timely billing and client communication.
