What you'll do

• Install cabinets, vanities, window trim, doors and hardware, baseboards, casing, stair skirts, railings, capboards, and custom trim
• measure, cut, assemble, and install materials to specifications
• follow plans, elevations, and finish schedules
• adjust hardware and finish components
• maintain a clean, organized, safe jobsite
• lead or assist small crews as directed
• communicate with supervisors, teammates, subcontractors, and general contractors
• follow safety procedures and use tools properly
• work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
