This role keeps heavy industrial equipment serviced, inspected, and ready for the next day’s production by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and related welding and fabrication.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs on shredder and ASR plant equipment after production hours
• inspect machinery and repair wear or damage
• service conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, belts, pulleys, and separation systems
• replace shredder wear parts
• weld and fabricate repairs
• lubricate, adjust, and align components
• document work
• assist with shutdown maintenance
• maintain a safe, organized work area and follow lockout/tagout procedures.

Why this role

Second shift runs 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; Monday–Friday 45+ hour work week. Overtime and weekend work may be required for extended maintenance or shutdowns. $2 shift differential.
