What you'll do

• Assist with budget preparation and manage receivables, resident accounts, invoices, and delinquent account tasks
• participate in staff selection
• supervise, train, and support staff
• manage staffing, schedules, PTO, and payroll records
• lead leasing, renewals, marketing, pricing, and resident relations
• inspect the community and rent-ready apartments
• coordinate maintenance, move-outs, work orders, supplies, and vendor invoices
• address risk management and regulatory requirements
• track performance measures including occupancy, retention, service requests, unit turns, and delinquency
• conduct a weekly one-hour meeting or call with third-party ownership reviewing property performance.
