What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, discovery, and legal memoranda
• prepare and respond to written discovery
• conduct legal research
• take and defend depositions
• review client documents and prepare case evaluations and status reports
• participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
• communicate with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and staff
• manage a substantive caseload.
